Thunder Gridman, the combined form of Gridman and God Zenon from "Denkou Choujin Gridman," is now available in the "SHFiguarts (Real Bone Carving Method)" series!

From Tsuburaya Productions' special effects work "Denkou Choujin Gridman," Thunder Gridman, the combined form of Gridman and God Zenon, is now available in the "SHFiguarts (Real Bone Carving Method)" series! Pre-orders will begin at 4:00 PM on Friday, January 23, 2026, at Premium Bandai's "Tamashii Web Shop"!

Based on the body scan data of original suit actor Hiroyuki Okano, the figure's physique and skeletal structure have been used as the base for detailed sculpting to perfectly recreate Thunder Gridman's proportions. Authenticity has been achieved through supervision and cooperation from Tsuburaya Productions' modeling division, LSS, and Takafumi Kanbuchi, who was responsible for creating the Thunder Gridman suit at the time.

To recreate the appeal of the Thunder Gridman suit, which was originally produced using various special effects techniques, two approaches—sculpting and tampo printing—have been used to recreate the details. Flexible parts are used in portions of the torso, and extension gimmicks are provided in the shoulders and hip joints, allowing for poses reminiscent of the series. Parts of the leg armor are articulated for improved ground contact. Includes effect parts for the Thunder Gridman's Thunder Grid Beam, used in the series.

This allows the figures to achieve more natural poses, improved articulation flow, and silhouettes that closely match their on-screen appearances. SHFiguarts (Shinkocchou Seihou) releases are especially known for their refined sculpting, seamless joints, and faithful interpretation of classic and modern character designs, making them highly regarded among serious collectors.
