The final battle scene from one of the most popular episodes of "Cyborg 009," "The Underground Empire 'Yomi' Arc," has been recreated in Figuarts ZERO! Pre-orders will begin in stores on Thursday, January 8, 2026. A new series of Figuarts ZERO figures based on Shotaro Ishinomori's classic comics, including "Cyborg 009" and "Kamen Rider," has begun. The first release is a figurine from "Cyborg 009," depicting the final battle scene with Skarr, the arch-enemy from the "Underground Empire 'Yomi' Arc," which depicts a direct confrontation with the enemy organization, the "Black Ghost." The prototype was created by Takeshi Saito, a specialist in sculpting Ishinomori characters, and this dynamic diorama statue is finished with a meticulous attention to detail. The brain dome tower in the background, which expands the worldview, is also meticulously recreated. The brain is encased in a clear dome, and the wire cord extending from the dome is also detailed. In addition, the sense of speed in the battle between cyborgs who possess the super-high-speed movement ability "acceleration device" is recreated with the use of clear parts.
