From the "Ghost in the Shell" series, which is scheduled to air a completely new anime in 2026, comes a completely new plastic model of the Kenbishi Heavy Industries' new "HAW206 JGSDF Officially Adopted Ver.", a tank that appeared in the second installment of the anime series, "Ghost in the Shell SAC 2nd GIG." This model is scheduled for release in April 2026 by Kotobukiya. It faithfully recreates the olive drab armor color of the tank officially adopted by the JGSDF. Its distinctive main weapon, the 120mm smoothbore cannon, is also faithfully reproduced. The use of clear parts allows for a realistic appearance even with simple assembly.
