A pyramid-shaped head that symbolizes the character. The characteristic polyhedral structure and the heavy texture that has been corroded and covered with rust are precisely modeled. Although it is an inorganic substance, it is a wind body that you can feel the pulsation somewhere.

The wound with the tense muscles is carved like crawling on the arm, and it looks like a pattern somewhere. The sculpture with the scars turned up is painful and gives a vivid reproducibility.

As the name "Pyramid Head" suggests, Okuma, who has been condemned many times, has a lot of wounds and a feeling of weight, and there is a certain amount of brutality. The texture that looks like real metal is unique to Gecco.

The pedestal is designed with the motif of Midwitch Elementary School, which is the stage of the Silent Hill Chapter.
